Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be physically located within the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
- Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)

Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
- Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and help clients make informed decisions regarding their coverage needs
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Deliver a professional, client-focused experience built on trust and service
- Participate in training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development sessions
