Requirements
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to handle high work volume efficiently
- Ability to multi-task upon request
- Ability to handle highly confidential matters and documents with discretion
- Ability to type 40 WPM
- High school diploma required
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Nice To Haves
- college degree preferred
- Prior related experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Serving as a liaison between our staff and our clients.
- Handling file-level communications with our consumer/commercial clients.
- Preparing and submitting documents and reports to our clients.
