Requirements

  • Willingness to obtain P&C license (training/support provided) if not currently licensed

Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with coverage setup and guiding them through the binding process. Ensure a smooth experience by delivering clear communication, accurate information, and consistent follow-through.
  • Support day-to-day operations, providing organized and accurate client records, ensuring all information is communicated effectively across teams and help program implementation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure clients receive timely updates and information regarding their coverage.
  • Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters as needed while maintaining a high level of client confidence.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in client experience by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within workflows.
