About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Client Relations Associate to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building professional relationships, and representing well-known brands at live events and promotional campaigns. The Client Relations Associate will serve as a key point of contact between our clients, event teams, and consumers. No prior marketing experience is required—we provide hands-on training in client relations, event marketing, brand representation, and campaign execution.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations
- Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consumers, and team members
- Communicate campaign goals, promotions, and product information clearly
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and promotional activities
- Track customer feedback and provide campaign updates to management
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and events team to meet campaign goals
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Maintain a professional and positive image when representing clients
