About The Position
Donato Technologies is looking for a professional and outgoing Client Relations Associate to help maintain and develop relationships with our existing clients and business contacts.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and confident when meeting clients.
- Good networking and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and LinkedIn.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in client relations, business development, sales, staffing, recruiting, or account management is a plus (Not Mandatory).
Responsibilities
- Visit clients, procurement offices, government agencies, hiring managers, and business contacts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Introduce Donato Technologies and our IT staffing services.
- Follow up with clients regarding current and future staffing needs.
- Identify potential business opportunities and share them with management.
- Maintain records of meetings, contacts, and follow-ups.
- Assist with client outreach, LinkedIn, and basic business development activities.
