About The Position

Donato Technologies is looking for a professional and outgoing Client Relations Associate to help maintain and develop relationships with our existing clients and business contacts. This is a part-time position, 2-3 days per week, based in Farmers Branch, TX, with required local travel.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and confident when meeting clients.
• Good networking and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and LinkedIn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in client relations, business development, sales, staffing, recruiting, or account management is a plus (Not Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Visit clients, procurement offices, government agencies, hiring managers, and business contacts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Introduce Donato Technologies and our IT staffing services.
• Follow up with clients regarding current and future staffing needs.
• Identify potential business opportunities and share them with management.
• Maintain records of meetings, contacts, and follow-ups.
• Assist with client outreach, LinkedIn, and basic business development activities.
