Responsibilities

  • Assist with client onboarding, account updates, and ongoing service needs
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Communicate client feedback to internal teams to support service improvements and optimization
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activity
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
  • Participate in ongoing training to develop skills in client relations, communication, and business operations
