The primary responsibility of a Client Relations Analyst is to research and respond to operational client complaints while ensuring the Firm's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling guidelines. Analysts in this role must collaborate effectively with business partners, including field and operations staff and management, to escalate and resolve complaint-related issues. They are also responsible for building strong working relationships with Client Relations Editors while learning departmental processes and style guidelines. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as analysts must effectively manage their workload while demonstrating initiative, self-motivation, and accountability. This position also requires participation in the coverage of client-facing telephone lines, with analysts expected to provide phone support at least one day per week. Analysts must maintain a professional and client-focused approach while handling incoming calls and addressing inquiries. In addition, this position may support various operational functions within Client Relations, including settlement processing, privacy opt-out processing, and participation in special projects as needed.
