About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring Client Protection Specialists to support individuals and families as they explore life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage. This role is designed for ambitious professionals who want training, structure, flexibility, and the opportunity to create a strong income through a client-focused sales career. You do not need to generate your own leads—we provide warm opportunities so you can focus on serving clients.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Customer service, sales, leadership, hospitality, retail, or entrepreneurship experience
- Clear communication and strong listening ability
- Confidence working with people
- Organization and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Willingness to learn and apply coaching
- Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with prospective clients from provided warm leads
- Learn about each client’s goals, needs, and concerns
- Explain insurance products in a simple, helpful way
- Assist clients through the decision-making process
- Schedule follow-up appointments and maintain relationships
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
