About The Position

AO Globe Life is looking for Financial Protection Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will help clients review their needs and explore insurance coverage designed to support financial security during life’s unexpected moments. This role is ideal for motivated professionals with backgrounds in customer service, sales, leadership, business ownership, or relationship management.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• Confident speaking with new people
• Skilled at listening and asking thoughtful questions
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Comfortable learning computer systems
• Interested in a career path with growth potential
• Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
