Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
  • Assess client needs and provide personalized benefit recommendations
  • Explain coverage options clearly and guide clients through enrollment
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards
  • Provide ongoing client support, including policy updates and general inquiries
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and service
  • Participate in training sessions, mentorship, and team development
