About The Position
Client Partner Objectives - Own strategic client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through retention and growth, across Arora Media's fintech portfolio - Drive account growth through upsell, cross-sell, and expansion of services - Lead quarterly business reviews, roadmap planning, and executive-level reporting - Partner cross-functionally with media buying, creative, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional results Arora Media is an Award Winning Growth Consulting Firm founded 6 years ago, supporting leading CPG, SaaS, DTC, and commerce products to disrupt the future of commerce. We deliver our services through 3 divisions. Performance, Operation, and Activations. Performance builds the company through strategic paid, organic, and strategic efforts. Operations set up the companies internal systems to withstand the scale coming from Performance. Activations builds a connection with their consumer beyond the digital space. Events, Pop-Ups, Student Ambassadors, and more. Requirements
- 5+ years in client success, account management, or partnerships at a marketing agency or growth-stage company
- Deep understanding of performance marketing channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic, etc.)
- Proven track record of growing accounts and driving retention
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

- Experience working with fintech brands preferred
