We are seeking a Senior Rail Account Manager / Client Partner with 10-15 years of experience in the Rail/Transportation domain, specifically in selling Engineering Services. This role involves both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts within strategic rail and transportation accounts across OEMs, operators, and infrastructure players. You will be responsible for selling a range of engineering services, including Design & Engineering, Digital Engineering (IoT, analytics, cloud), and Testing, Validation, and Lifecycle Services. The role requires building and maintaining a strong pipeline, leading the end-to-end sales cycle, and developing long-term client relationships at senior/executive levels. You will also partner with delivery/engineering teams and track market trends in rail, such as digitalization, sustainability, and automation.
