About The Position

As a Client Partner, Media & Entertainment, you will serve as a senior business leader responsible for developing and expanding strategic client relationships while driving business growth, executive engagement, and long-term account success across the Media & Entertainment industry. Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior business leaders, you will help clients navigate complex business and technology transformations while aligning Capgemini's full portfolio of consulting, technology, engineering, operations, and AI capabilities to their most critical business priorities. This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow a portfolio of strategic Media & Entertainment accounts, shape client transformation agendas, influence key decision-makers, and drive significant revenue growth across consulting, digital transformation, managed services, cloud, data, and AI-led business initiatives. Success in this role requires a combination of executive presence, business acumen, sales leadership, industry expertise, and relationship management, with accountability for client satisfaction, business development, financial performance, and account expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across the Media & Entertainment value chain, including advertising sales, content supply chain, rights and royalties management, content distribution, audience monetization, and revenue operations. They understand how emerging technologies, particularly AI, automation, data, and cloud platforms, are transforming media operations, customer experiences, and business economics. As a Client Partner, you will play a critical role in strengthening Capgemini's market presence, identifying new growth opportunities, and helping clients unlock measurable business value through large-scale transformation initiatives. You will work collaboratively across Capgemini's global teams to bring the best of our organization to every client engagement and deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, business development, account management, or client relationship leadership, including Media & Entertainment industry experience.
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts and achieving revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.
  • Strong track record selling complex consulting, technology, cloud, AI, digital transformation, and managed services solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment value chain, including advertising sales, content operations, rights & royalties, distribution, audience monetization, and revenue operations.
  • Experience developing and selling AI-enabled transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, automation, analytics, and business growth.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programs across applications, cloud, infrastructure, ERP, operations, and managed services.
  • Established executive relationships and trusted advisor experience with C-suite business and technology leaders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing account strategies, driving pipeline growth, and closing complex, multi-service opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
  • Experience working across global delivery organizations and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of emerging Media & Entertainment trends, digital business models, AI innovations, and competitive market dynamics.
  • Experience supporting media, entertainment, broadcasting, streaming, sports, publishing, digital media, advertising, or content distribution organizations preferred
  • Strong network within the Media & Entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of 1-3 strategic Media & Entertainment accounts, with overall accountability for revenue, bookings, profitability, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that expand Capgemini's footprint through new opportunities, transformational initiatives, managed services engagements, and expanded client partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite, board-level, and senior client stakeholders, developing executive relationships that position Capgemini as a strategic business and technology partner.
  • Leverage deep Media & Entertainment industry knowledge to identify opportunities across advertising sales, rights and royalties management, content operations, content supply chain, distribution, audience growth, and revenue optimization.
  • Develop AI-led transformation business cases focused on operational efficiency, automation, content lifecycle optimization, business process modernization, and revenue growth.
  • Understand client business priorities, organizational dynamics, decision-making processes, and industry trends to identify opportunities that create measurable business value.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Capgemini's consulting, technology, engineering, operations, and managed services teams to deliver integrated OneCapgemini solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Drive pipeline development, opportunity qualification, strategic pursuits, and large-scale transformation opportunities while ensuring achievement of sales and financial targets.
  • Act as the executive escalation point for clients, partnering with delivery and business leaders to ensure service excellence, successful outcomes, and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Capgemini is effectively positioned across the client organization, including executive leadership and board-level stakeholders, to support major programs, strategic initiatives, and future growth opportunities.
  • Lead executive governance discussions, account reviews, and strategic planning sessions while ensuring alignment between client priorities and Capgemini capabilities.
  • Champion client success, business value realization, and long-term partnership growth while strengthening Capgemini's market presence and industry leadership within the Media & Entertainment sector.
  • Mentor and influence teams across sales, delivery, and solution organizations, fostering collaboration and driving a client-centric culture that supports sustainable growth and operational excellence.
