About The Position

We are seeking a Client Partner – Healthcare AI & Analytics to lead strategic client relationships, account growth, AI/GenAI demand generation, and consulting-led solution development for a major healthcare account. This is a highly client-facing role combining account management, business development, presales, AI/Analytics consulting, solutioning, and commercial growth. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare industry knowledge along with recent experience selling and shaping AI, Analytics, Data, Cloud, and GenAI consulting services. This is NOT a traditional SaaS/software sales role. Consulting-services experience is required.

Requirements

10–18 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Partner, Business Development, or Presales within consulting services.
Strong experience with AI, Analytics, BI, AI/ML, GenAI, Data, or Cloud consulting services.
Deep Healthcare/Life Sciences industry experience.
Demonstrated experience growing healthcare accounts through AI/Analytics consulting engagements.
Experience selling or shaping consulting services and solutions, rather than primarily software products, SaaS platforms, or technology licenses.
Proven experience managing Director- and VP-level client relationships.
Strong presales, proposal development, solutioning, and business-development experience.
Experience working with offshore/global delivery teams, preferably India-based.
Demonstrated experience partnering with India-based consulting, analytics, engineering, and delivery teams.
Ability to independently manage client relationships while coordinating geographically distributed internal teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong understanding of: Generative AI and LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning, Embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, Autonomous agents, Workflow orchestration, Multi-agent systems, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain and related AI frameworks, APIs and system integration, Data pipelines and analytics.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-value narratives for senior healthcare stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client-facing representative for strategic healthcare accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders.
Understand the client's operating model, business processes, value chains, performance drivers, and organizational priorities.
Develop account strategies based on changing client needs and business priorities.
Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and drive new business.
Track outcomes from previous engagements to identify additional opportunities and changing expectations.
Identify business opportunities where AI, GenAI, Analytics, Data, or Cloud solutions can generate measurable value.
Develop and position compelling AI/GenAI use cases for healthcare clients.
Leverage existing dashboards, POCs, market research, technology partners, and industry insights to create new propositions.
Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business opportunities.
Lead discovery discussions and support RFPs, proposals, and solution development.
Shape solutions around client business requirements and technical constraints.
Collaborate with consulting, analytics, engineering, delivery, and capability teams to develop solutions.
Develop proposals involving consulting services, accelerators, and AI/Analytics solutions.
Work with technical teams on cloud platforms, APIs, security, integration, and data requirements.
Support POCs and pilots and help transition successful initiatives into production solutions and long-term engagements.
Develop and execute account growth strategies.
Drive new business and expansion opportunities within assigned healthcare accounts.
Support outcome-based and subscription-oriented commercial models.
Partner with internal finance and capability leaders on commercial structures.
Communicate business value, adoption, usage, and total-cost considerations to client stakeholders.
Manage assigned sales and margin objectives.
Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across the U.S., India, and other regions.
Partner closely with India-based Consulting, Analytics, Engineering, and Delivery teams throughout the sales, presales, and delivery lifecycle.
Coordinate client requirements with offshore delivery teams.
Help convert successful POCs and pilots into scalable production engagements.
