About The Position

We are growing the Nashville area and hiring a Client Partner for Data and AI. This role is a Go-to-Market leader focused on the in the Healthcare industry. At present, we are looking for someone to serve our clients in the state of Tennessee, residing in or within commuting distance to Nashville, TN. What does a successful candidate look like? Consulting experience, Professional Services / Consulting is key. Technology work – Data and AI. Activation of AI work to automate processes for customers. Assist with customers growth into a large, strategic partnerships. Healthcare - AI for healthcare, regulation and compliance. Understand analytics industry and landscapes. Growing and managing teams and delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant Professional Services, Business Development, Account Management and/or partner management experience
• Proven success in both selling and delivering consulting engagements, including close client management and collaborating with senior executives or complementary business lines
• Meet and exceed sales targets of at least $10m annually; manage engagements ranging from $1m to $15m in annual revenues
• Excellent task management, written and verbal communication skills
• BA/BS degree required

Nice To Haves

• Have a thorough understanding of the healthcare market and as well as direct, extensive work experience in at least one of our target industry sectors. Healthcare or related expertise is particularly valuable.
• Possess a deep understanding of the AI, data and analytics domain, developed through several years of direct, hands-on participation in AI & data projects within relevant sectors – ideally with business and IT client stakeholders.
• Have demonstrated the ability to be a highly effective account manager, from account-opening through the development of a mature, trust-based relationship that fosters positive business outcomes.
• MBA or equivalent work experience preferred.
• ERP (e.g., SAP) experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• As a market and account developer, you will utilize your strong technical and business competencies and customer service orientation to provide the highest level of business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve our growth goals.
• At a high level, your goal is to expand Capgemini’s presence in the Insights & Data space across one or several client accounts.
• The person will possess an understanding of – and have a successful track record in – professional services sales and partner-based selling, with an emphasis in data estate modernization and data/analytics lifecycle solutions.
• The candidate will utilize his/her excellent technical and relationship building skills in working with prospects, customers, vendors and partners to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers.
• These solutions span strategy, custom development (mostly via hyperscalers; some via SAP/ERP), and COTS data & analytics capabilities to enable digital transformation and value realization by orchestrating competencies including master data management and governance, cloud data foundations/architecture/engineering, reporting and BI, AI/ML, etc.
• Candidate must be motivated, take initiative and be a team player since we “sell in packs.”
• Selling technology-based, transformational services is complex and requires a person to understand the various roles each stakeholder plays in the process.
• Learning and articulating both Insights & Data’s broad set of services, offerings and capabilities as well as Capgemini’s ability to implement successfully those technology solutions.
• Working with our CPRS sector’s field sales professionals on targeting our install base and new logo accounts in specific industries.
• Introducing a broad set of technology partner sales professionals to Capgemini sales professionals, and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs.
• Working with our delivery leadership to respond to opportunities, and team-selling through RFP responses or other types of sales cycles.
• Participating in client/prospect calls, partner synch calls, etc.
• Attending and driving client interactions at trade shows and conferences.
• Participating in RFP/proposal responses (as part of the team).
