We’re looking for a Client Partner to own and grow strategic enterprise relationships, serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, and expand our footprint across analytics, AI, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years in Life Sciences consulting, analytics, enterprise software, or senior pharma roles
  • Strong track record of enterprise sales, account growth, and executive engagement
  • Experience running or influencing $20M+ P&Ls preferred
  • Ability to translate data, analytics, and AI into business impact
  • Executive presence, strong storytelling skills, and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic Life Sciences accounts at the executive level
  • Influence commercial strategy, analytics, and AI-driven transformation
  • Lead account growth, P&L, and delivery quality in a high-visibility role
  • Work with global clients across 75+ countries in a fast-growing, innovation-led firm
  • Build trusted relationships with CXO, EVP, and VP-level leaders
  • Own account strategy, growth planning, and P&L
  • Expand existing buying centers and open new ones across Commercial, Data & IT
  • Drive growth across Axtria’s analytics, AI, and cloud platforms
  • Partner with delivery and product teams to ensure exceptional outcomes
  • Shape proposals, POVs, and executive-level content to win large engagements
