About The Position

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and tech-comfortable individual to join their team as a Client Onboarding & CRM Assistant. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in operations, customer support, administration, or technology, offering hands-on experience with CRM systems, client onboarding, and internal operations. The position involves supporting the rollout and daily use of Trussi.ai, their proprietary roofing CRM platform, and collaborating with operations, client support, and technology teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support for clients and internal users. The company is looking for a detail-oriented, dependable individual eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced company.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship, office, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or AccuLynx
  • Interest in operations, technology, customer success, or project coordination
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or home services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding new clients and internal teams into the Trussi.ai platform
  • Help set up user accounts, permissions, and basic CRM configurations
  • Collect and organize onboarding information including company details and team information
  • Communicate with clients and internal team members throughout the onboarding process
  • Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide basic support to users navigating the CRM platform
  • Help maintain accurate CRM records and identify missing or duplicate information
  • Assist with updating onboarding guides, training materials, and internal documentation
  • Support testing and feedback efforts for new platform features and updates
  • Schedule onboarding meetings, follow-ups, and internal tasks
  • Organize digital files and onboarding documentation
  • Assist with reporting and tracking onboarding activity and completion metrics
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the operations team
