About The Position

The Client Manager will be responsible for delivering third-party information security management standards audit services in ISO 27001, 9001, 19011, 27006, 20000-1, and 20000-6 to assigned clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, including client contact, scheduling visits, planning and conducting assessments, and reporting on results. The Client Manager will also monitor client accounts to ensure proper handling of records, visit cycles, and invoicing. Additionally, the role may involve leading assessment teams and mentoring new colleagues. The position can be performed remotely from any location in the continental United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics/communications engineering, business or related field
• 3 years of experience
• Experience performing audit services in ISO 27001, 9001, 19011, 27006, 20000-1, and 20000-6
• Experience with international information security standards, processes, management systems, audit principles, practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver third-party information security management standards audit services in ISO 27001, 9001, 19011, 27006, 20000-1, and 20000-6 to assigned clients in accordance with all company, scheme and regulatory requirements.
• Manage portfolio of assigned clients including client contact, visit scheduling, assessment planning, conducting assessments, and reporting and managing the results.
• Monitor assigned client accounts to ensure proper handling of records, visit cycle, invoicing and other related matters.
• Lead assessment teams, when necessary, providing mentoring and coaching to new or inexperienced colleagues as needed to meet business needs.
