Guardian is seeking a Client Manager who will be the main contact for client relationships. This role is directly accountable for client retention, satisfaction, and enhancing the client experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive client advocate focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, a relationship builder who partners effectively with clients, brokers, and internal teams, and a strategic thinker who uses data and insights to drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth. This role also requires a consultative problem-solver who aligns tailored benefit solutions to client needs, a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, and someone who is adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape. An effective communicator with strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, who is highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail, and confident, positive, and solutions-oriented in all client interactions, is essential.
