About The Position

This role involves developing, managing, and monitoring client relationships, maintaining continuous dialogue with public and private clients at C-suite and Treasurer levels. The position provides advice and drives the delivery of creative corporate finance solutions for mergers and acquisitions, strategic capital raising initiatives, including restructurings, spin-offs, equity, and debt issuance. The individual will function as a deal team leader, executing multiple mandates concurrently, and overseeing workflows from the pitch phase to closing. This includes managing clients, external stakeholders, and internal cross-functional teams. The role also involves supervising, managing, guiding, and quality controlling deliverables prepared by junior team members, such as financial modeling, analytics, and marketing work. Specific analyses include discounted cash flow, merger, accretion and dilution, re-capitalization, leveraged buyout, comparable company, comparable transaction, and sum-of-part analyses, as well as preparing offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, and SEC legal documents like S-1s and F-1s. The position drives complex cross-border deals, coordinating with teams across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. It also includes conducting strategy planning exercises to review client portfolios, establishing subject matter expertise in sectors like Semiconductors and Software, and generating unique pitch ideas. Supporting team and firm-wide initiatives, including training and development of analysts and associates, and recruiting and retaining top talent, are also key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any field), finance, economics, or a related field of study.
  • 6 years of experience in the job offered or as Client Management, Investment Banking, Vice President, Associate, Analyst, or related occupation.
  • Six (6) years of experience working on and executing live transactions for companies in the Technology industry.
  • Six (6) years of experience working with clients in Technology to provide investment banking services across multiple sub-sectors.
  • Six (6) years of experience with financial modeling including Discounted Cash Flow analysis (DCF), Leveraged Buyout analysis (LBO), precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.
  • Six (6) years of experience focusing on large corporate clients and providing investment banking services, capital markets products and securities products for consolidation.
  • Six (6) years of experience with cross-border M&A experience, including international regulatory and financial considerations.
  • Six (6) years of experience working directly with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders for client interfacing.
  • Six (6) years of experience guiding project teams.
  • Six (6) years of experience utilizing Bloomberg for Market research, Factset and other financial research tools including Bamsec and Mergermarket.
  • Series 79TO license.
  • Series 63 license.
