About The Position

BCBST is hiring a Client Management Associate! We’re looking for a customer‑focused, organized team member who can manage everyday tasks, communicate clearly with others, and pay close attention to detail. This role requires confidence using Microsoft Office tools, the ability to juggle multiple assignments, and comfort working independently while staying accountable to team deadlines and shared goals. In this role, you will handle day‑to‑day marketing support activities. This includes responding to basic questions from customers and internal partners, sharing standard marketing materials, and helping collect and organize information for quick turnaround times. You will also assist with drafting and sending routine communications, keeping initiative timelines updated, and preparing simple, accurate marketing and sales reports. Success in this role means providing reliable, detail‑oriented administrative support that enables marketing teams to stay focused and productive. You ensure information is organized, accurate, and delivered on schedule, while tracking tasks, managing deadlines, and following up to support efficient, uninterrupted progress. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years - Customer service and/or billing experience or other office related experience required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, planning, organizational and research skills
  • Microsoft Office Testing may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Answering routine inquiries and supplying marketing information as requested by customers and prospects.
  • Gathering, analyzing and presenting information on relevant markets to business development staff and managers.
  • Assisting in the creation and distribution of communication vehicles for customers and other prospects.
  • Providing administrative support in marketing projects; tracking and preparing reports on marketing and sales data, focusing on key initiative dates and deadlines.
