About The Position

Angell Animal Medical Center has an evening shift Client Liaison position for experienced applicants in our Communication Center. This is a full time 40 hours/week 2nd shift position. Sundays and Wednesdays off, the days worked are a mix of 12-8:30 and 1:30-10. This position is primarily remote; however, applicants must live in commuting distance to MSPCA/Angell Boston for training and onsite work as needed. Our Client Liaison plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients and are an essential part of our daily operations. Duties include (but aren't limited to) booking patient appointments, conveying detailed information regarding patient status, doctors’ reports/updates, and instructions, and providing general information regarding routine, specialty, and emergency pet care. Requirements

  • Experience in call center, reception, scheduling, medical office support, secretarial, client communication, or other customer service work
  • Excellent communication skills
