About The Position

Affirmed Home Care is expanding its Pediatrics Division throughout New Jersey and is seeking an experienced, results-driven Client Liaison to help grow its referral network and increase access to high-quality pediatric home care services. This is an exciting opportunity for a healthcare professional with established relationships across New Jersey's healthcare and educational communities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing referral partnerships, growing territory revenue, and building long-term relationships with hospitals, physicians, school districts, and community organizations.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Client Liaison, Physician Liaison, Referral Liaison, healthcare business development professional, or healthcare sales representative.
Established relationships with New Jersey hospitals, pediatric practices, specialty physicians, school systems, case managers, and/or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of: NJ Medicaid, NJ FamilyCare, EPSDT, IEP and 504 Plans, Pediatric specialty care and home healthcare services.
Proven track record of generating referrals and growing provider relationships.
Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and expand referral relationships with hospitals, pediatric practices, physician groups, specialty providers, case managers, discharge planners, and school districts throughout New Jersey.
Build strategic partnerships that generate new pediatric home care referrals.
Leverage your existing professional network while identifying new business opportunities across the state.
Represent Affirmed Home Care at networking events, healthcare conferences, community outreach programs, provider meetings, and educational presentations.
Educate healthcare professionals, families, and community partners about our pediatric home care services and available programs.
Collaborate with our Intake, Recruiting, Clinical, and Marketing teams to support growth initiatives and ensure exceptional service.
Maintain accurate referral activity, sales tracking, and pipeline management within Salesforce and other internal systems.
Meet and exceed referral growth and relationship development goals.
