About The Position

Quadax is seeking a Client Integration Lead for its RCS division. The role orchestrates custom and standardized data integrations between clients’ business applications, such as laboratory information systems, and Quadax’s commercial revenue cycle management applications. The Lead collaborates with clients and Quadax’s PMO, Implementation, Client Engagement, Integration Specialists, IT, and Integration Development teams to deliver and support integrations. The position includes facilitating requirements discovery and sign-off, handing requirements to development and IT teams, validating test data, supporting user acceptance testing and production deployment, and monitoring integrations during hyper-care. The Lead also provides tier 2 support for escalated integration incidents, helps assess and resolve interface issues, prepares technical design specifications for project changes and integration quotes, and assists with enhancement requests for existing client interfaces. The role supports documentation and project planning, coordinates priorities with divisional leadership, and fulfills other assigned duties. The position is based in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, with a hybrid schedule of three onsite days per week after an initial three-month onsite period.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Management or a relevant field of study.
Experience orchestrating or configuring data transformations.
Experience with secure data exchange methods, including SFTP, FTPS, API, or VPN.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Analytical skills and strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of common medical data schemas such as HL7, JSON, and FHIR.
Knowledge of medical billing or revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate custom and standardized data integrations between client business applications and Quadax revenue cycle management applications.
Facilitate discovery sessions with clients’ business and technical resources to establish data integration and exchange requirements.
Document integration requirements and obtain client sign-off.
Facilitate requirements handoff and answer questions from Integration Development and IT during build and configuration.
Validate client-provided integration test data against requirements.
Guide clients and Client Engagement in populating integration tables for data normalization, business rules, and edits, and in creating custom test scenarios.
Assist with integration user acceptance testing and guide defect resolution with applicable parties.
Participate in integration go-live decisions and orchestrate production deployment.
Monitor deployed integrations during the prescribed hyper-care period.
Provide tier 2 support for escalated client integration incidents, collaborating with department specialists to assess causes and contributing factors.
Escalate issues to Integration Development, direct clients or Client Engagement in addressing misconfigured integration rules or edits, and assist with unprocessed or missing integration data.
Assist in establishing and maintaining integration process documentation and work with PMO to keep project plans and timelines current.
Coordinate project priorities with divisional leadership and meet deliverable timelines.
Create technical design specifications for formal project change requests and integration quote requirements.
Assist in reviewing issues and assessing enhancement requests for existing client interfaces.
