About The Position

Requirements

Must be located within Denver, CO, or Schaumburg, IL.
Hybrid role: 3 days in the office (Denver or Schaumburg), 2 days remote.
At least 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include: Experience noted above, OR Military Experience.

Nice To Haves

HR Certification or willing to pursue in the first year.

Responsibilities

Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions and work independently to resolve issues.
Proactively work with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
