About The Position

WovenWorks is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Growth & Operations Manager to support our Global Strategy Directors and help drive business development through strong client coordination, relationship-building, and consistent follow-through. This is a client-facing role that works closely with Global Strategy Directors, Client Success team, clients, and prospects to keep opportunities moving forward, support closing new business, and identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client services within a business services or similar B2B environment. They are a strong communicator and natural organizer who can anticipate next steps and keep multiple opportunities moving without waiting for direction. CRM management is part of the role, but the primary focus is supporting the people, relationships, and activities that help WovenWorks land and expand business.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or client services within a business services or similar B2B environment.
  • Strong communicator and natural organizer.
  • Ability to anticipate next steps and keep multiple opportunities moving without waiting for direction.
  • Experience with CRM management (specifically HubSpot mentioned).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a packaging design-driven agency or similar creative industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Global Strategy Directors to support day-to-day business development activities and maintain momentum across new business opportunities and existing client growth initiatives.
  • Act as a key coordination point between Global Strategy Directors, Account Services, clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure communication, commitments, and next steps remain aligned.
  • Coordinate prospect and client meetings, including scheduling, meeting preparation, materials, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Track follow-ups, commitments, and next steps coming out of client and prospect conversations and ensure actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Drive consistent follow-through after client and prospect conversations so opportunities continue progressing toward a decision or next stage.
  • Support preparation for introductory meetings, capabilities presentations, pitches, and other business development conversations.
  • Assist with research and preparation for priority prospects, client meetings, and growth opportunities.
  • Support Global Strategy Directors in identifying opportunities to deepen existing client relationships, expand into additional services or business units, and generate incremental revenue.
  • Help coordinate the internal resources, information, and follow-up needed to support closing new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate timely follow-up communications after meetings, presentations, introductions, and industry events.
  • Help Global Strategy Directors maintain regular, thoughtful engagement with priority prospects and existing clients to build relationships and keep WovenWorks top of mind.
  • Track outreach cadence and identify contacts or opportunities where additional engagement may be needed.
  • Partner with Global Strategy Directors to ensure important relationships remain active and opportunities do not stall due to lack of follow-through.
  • Work closely with Account Services to identify client needs, potential growth opportunities, and appropriate next steps that support WovenWorks’ land-and-expand strategy.
  • Help ensure a seamless transition and consistent communication across business development, relationship-building, and ongoing client engagement.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to support the planning and coordination of industry conferences, networking events, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and other business development activities.
  • Partner with the team to identify priority prospects and clients attending key events and coordinate outreach and meetings before and after events.
  • Support pre-event and post-event outreach to maximize relationship-building and business development opportunities.
  • Track event-related leads and ensure contacts and follow-up activities are captured appropriately.
  • Evaluate event participation and maintain visibility into upcoming opportunities relevant to WovenWorks’ target industries and clients.
  • Partner with Marketing and Global Strategy Directors to ensure business development priorities are supported by relevant communications, capabilities materials, case studies, presentations, and other sales tools.
  • Support targeted marketing and outreach initiatives designed to generate awareness, strengthen client relationships, and create new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and client-facing teams to ensure sales materials and communications support active opportunities and priority accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and current opportunity, contact, activity, and pipeline information in HubSpot to support visibility and effective follow-through.
  • Partner with Global Strategy Directors to keep opportunities current and ensure key interactions, follow-ups, and next steps are captured in the CRM.
  • Monitor pipeline activity and flag opportunities requiring attention or follow-up.
  • Prepare straightforward pipeline reports, dashboards, and summaries to help leadership understand business development activity, priorities, and upcoming actions.
  • Support consistent CRM practices across the business development team without allowing system administration to replace the relationship-building and coordination required to move opportunities forward.
  • Maintain clear visibility into business development activity, prospect engagement, client meetings, relationship-building efforts, and opportunity progress.
  • Help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the sales pipeline and business development process.
  • Establish organized processes, trackers, templates, and workflows that make the team more efficient and improve visibility across sales and marketing activities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and other teams as needed to support business development initiatives.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, communication, and follow-through across the sales and marketing function.
