About The Position

The Client Group Rotational Associate Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders within AB. The program hires high-performing graduating seniors to join our Nashville headquarters and gain broad exposure across multiple areas of the Client Group. Associates will complete up to four six-month rotations over a two-year period, working on meaningful projects and business initiatives that contribute directly to the firm's success. Rotations may span a variety of teams within the Client Group. Throughout the program, Associates will develop a broad understanding of investment management, capital markets, and AB's products and services, build analytical, communication, relationship management, and business strategy skills, partner with leaders across multiple Client Group teams, participate in formal training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, pursue relevant industry certifications and licenses, and present rotational accomplishments and key learnings to senior Client Group leadership. Following successful completion of the program, Associates may be considered for permanent placement within the Client Group based on performance, business needs, and career interests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed prior to program start date
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
  • Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused mindset and high level of professionalism
  • Interest in financial markets, investing, and the asset management industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with data visualization, CRM, project management, or digital collaboration tools is a plus
  • Previous internship, leadership, volunteer, campus involvement, or relevant professional experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conducting market, industry, competitor, and client research
  • Supporting product development, commercialization, and strategic initiatives
  • Creating investment, product, marketing, and sales-related content
  • Developing client presentations, proposals, and communication materials
  • Assisting with sales strategy, prospecting efforts, and client servicing activities
  • Managing and analyzing data within systems such as Salesforce and other business platforms
  • Supporting client meetings, events, and business development initiatives
  • Performing business analysis and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects
  • Developing insights and recommendations for senior business leaders
  • Building an understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client distribution channels
