The Business Analyst, Private Client Group serves as a strategic partner to the Head of Private Client Group, exercising independent analytical judgment to provide analytical support, business intelligence, portfolio reporting, project coordination, and day-to-day business support. This role is designed for an individual who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, fluent in the practical application of AI tools, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced commercial banking environment. The primary duty of this position is the exercise of discretion and judgment on matters of significance related to the general business operations of the Private Client Group — including data analytics, business intelligence, portfolio and credit-related analysis, and business planning. Approximately 60–65% of this role's time is dedicated to these analytical and business-intelligence functions. The remaining time is spent on business coordination and executive-support functions (meeting management, communication workflows, and calendar/travel coordination), which are secondary to and performed in direct support of the analytical work above, while leveraging AI to drive efficiency across each of these functions.
