About The Position

As a client financial services agent, you work closely with account managers. You provide personalized support to business members and clients, and you assist with business development activities. You help account managers deliver services and maintain business relationships. You manage the day-to-day and urgent needs of members and clients. You provide personalized products and services and excellent customer service, in accordance with action plans and the organization’s standards and procedures. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You play an important role in supporting business development. You help account managers with portfolio management, and you help collect, process and analyze specific information for your field. You help solve problems and prepare recommendations, tailoring your approach as needed.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain business relationships with business members and clients by providing specialized support to address operational challenges related to their banking needs.
  • Be attentive to their needs to ensure their full satisfaction, and act on sales opportunities.
  • Oversee the technical side of the annual review and renewal processes for term loans to ensure proper records are kept, in accordance with the requirements of the Autorité des marchés financiers.
  • Conduct analysis and make recommendations to account managers on rates that reflects the variable cost of funds.
  • Help prioritize weekly activities for account managers and plan follow-ups and solicitation activities.
  • Following meetings with members and clients, contact them to obtain the required documentation and/or signatures, answer questions related to operations and open accounts.
  • Help account managers with portfolio management as needed to ensure that files are complete and comply with all applicable deadlines and quality standards.
  • Contribute to business development by participating in a variety of solicitation activities.
  • Ensure that transactions and operations are secure and comply with policies, practices and standards.
