You help account managers deliver services and maintain business relationships. You manage the day-to-day and urgent needs of members and clients. You provide personalized products and services and excellent customer service, in accordance with action plans and the organization’s standards and procedures. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You play an important role in supporting business development. You help account managers with portfolio management, and you help collect, process and analyze specific information for your field. You help solve problems and prepare recommendations, tailoring your approach as needed.
