Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent client service or administrative services experience.
Minimum 2 years Audit / Client Experience Coordinating experience.

Responsibilities

Monitor COE job status and inform the audit team and client about upcoming engagement steps in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the client to ensure the timely receipt of audit schedules and test procedures support.
Update COE Supervisor of job status, engagement issues, or staff issues in a timely and consistent manner.
Assist in COE department training programs and meetings.
Participate in activities to develop and improve firm and department business processes.
Identify additional COE services that will benefit the client and engagement team.
Assist the COE Senior Manager and Supervisor with review of staff work, delegation of tasks, and assisting with performance evaluations.
Exhibit strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data and relationships.
Research and analyze relevant client, industry, and technical matters.
Prepare clear and accurate workpapers.
Understand and comply with the Firm’s quality control policy.
