We're looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team: someone who thrives in a phone-based sales environment, builds trust quickly, and confidently guides clients from first inquiry to final purchase. This is a high-energy, relationship-driven sales role focused on converting inquiries into booked sessions and leading clients through high-value purchasing decisions. Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, or virtual client relations (phone-based experience strongly preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into booked sessions while confidently addressing questions and objections.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-up, ensuring clients feel prepared, confident, and ready for their session.
  • Conduct high-impact virtual Image Reveal sessions, guiding clients through product selection and investment decisions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals using consultative selling techniques and strong product knowledge.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records while proactively managing your pipeline in our CRM.
