About The Position

As a Client Experience Representative, you'll be the vital first point of contact for families and businesses, handling calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments for service technicians, maintaining records in our CRM, assisting with billing inquiries, and conducting satisfaction checks. You'll also promote Colonial's services and preventative maintenance programs while upholding our core values: Integrity, Flexibility, Mindfulness, Excellence, Innovation, and Enjoyment. Additionally, you'll provide administrative and client support as needed. Colonial Plumbing Heating Air is a full-service plumbing, heating, and cooling company dedicated to handling our customers' home and commercial service needs. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and listening skills with a client-first mindset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and client relationship management platforms
Positive, energetic, and teachable attitude; thrives in a collaborative environment
Ability to uphold Colonial's values in all client interactions
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to communicate in English, verbally and in writing
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in customer service is preferred
