Vibe is rapidly scaling its events strategy across every format, and client experience is a key lever in that plan. Our next Client Experience Manager owns the VIP layer of that strategy: executive dinners, bespoke client experiences, and standalone activations that sit outside the trade show floor. Reporting to the Director of Events and Experiences, you'll work alongside the teammate who owns trade show logistics and the teammate who owns pipeline and invitee targeting — while you own the experience itself: the venue, the room, the feeling a client walks away with. This role starts execution-focused and grows into building your own event series and VIP strategy independently.
