About The Position

You will: Welcome new clients with warm calls and in-home assessments focused on needs, preferences, and goals. Build relationships through regular home visits, check-ins, and thoughtful follow-ups. Partner with the Booker team to match the right care partner to each client. Lead introductions between clients and care partners so everyone starts off comfortably and connected. Capture what matters in our systems so the whole team can support an amazing client journey. You are: Experienced in home care, healthcare, or another people-centered field, ideally with some leadership background. A self-starter who can juggle multiple clients, visits, and priorities without losing the human touch. Tech-comfortable, organized, and energized by being out in the field. Requirements
