About The Position
DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic Client Experience Hosts to join our founding team! DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. Our Client Experience Hosts help create the magic outside of the choreography—welcoming clients, building relationships, supporting instructors, and making sure every person has an amazing experience from check-in to goodbye.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people
- Dependable, punctual, and organized
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with sales and recommending memberships or services
- Able to create genuine connections and make people feel included
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Available for evening and/or weekend shifts
Nice To Haves
- Passion for dance, fitness, community, or entertainment is a plus— dance experience is not required
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a fun, inclusive, and energetic environment
- Check clients into classes and assist first-time guests
- Get to know our clients and help build a strong DivaDance community
- Support instructors before, during, and after classes
- Help with class setup, cleanup, and other on-site needs
- Answer basic questions about classes, memberships, and upcoming events
- Help convert interested guests and first-time clients into members
- Encourage client engagement, retention, and participation in the community
- Represent DivaDance professionally and enthusiastically at classes and events
