About The Position

DivaDance Rockwall/Wylie is looking for energetic, dependable, and charismatic Client Experience Hosts to join their founding team. DivaDance offers fun, high-energy choreography classes for adults in a judgment-free environment. The Client Experience Hosts will create the magic outside of the choreography by welcoming clients, building relationships, supporting instructors, and ensuring every person has an amazing experience from check-in to goodbye.

Requirements

• Friendly, confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to new people
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable with sales and recommending memberships or services
• Able to create genuine connections and make people feel included
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Available for evening and/or weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• Passion for dance, fitness, community, or entertainment is a plus—dance experience is not required

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a fun, inclusive, and energetic environment
• Check clients into classes and assist first-time guests
• Get to know our clients and help build a strong DivaDance community
• Support instructors before, during, and after classes
• Help with class setup, cleanup, and other on-site needs
• Answer basic questions about classes, memberships, and upcoming events
• Help convert interested guests and first-time clients into members
• Encourage client engagement, retention, and participation in the community
• Represent DivaDance professionally and enthusiastically at classes and events
