Part-Time Client Experience Host
About The Position
DivaDance is a dance experience for adults, offering pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties. We are seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join our staff and sell inclusive, fun, stress-free dance class memberships. This role involves connecting with clients to understand their experience and goals, presenting membership options, onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership, and posting to social media during classes. The ideal candidate thrives on building rapport, is fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference. Persuasiveness, articulation, and confidence are key. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Tablet or iPad is ideal
Responsibilities
- Sell new dance class memberships
- Connect with clients to understand their experience and goals
- Present membership options to clients
- Onboard new members
- Ensure new members are maximizing their membership
- Post to social media accounts during classes
- Observe the class experience
