Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the US.
  • Reliable transportation to get to class locations.
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to form meaningful rapport with everyone.
  • Fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence.
  • Desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • Persuasive, articulate, and confident.

  • Tablet or iPad for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Connecting with clients at classes to hear about their experience and learn about their reasons for attending.
  • Presenting membership options to clients to help them reach their goals.
  • Achieving new membership sales targets.
  • Onboarding new members and ensuring they maximize their membership.
  • Posting to social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience.
