Client Experience Host/Membership Sales
About The Position
DivaDance is seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join their team as a Client Experience Host/Membership Sales. This role involves selling inclusive, fun, and stress-free dance class memberships by connecting with clients, understanding their experiences and goals, and presenting membership options. Responsibilities also include onboarding new members, ensuring they maximize their membership benefits, and posting to social media during classes while observing the class experience. The ideal candidate thrives on building rapport, is fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference. Persuasiveness, articulation, and confidence are key attributes. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the studio in Boston.
- Ability to host 1-2 classes per week, mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends.
- A tablet or iPad is ideal for this role.
