About The Position

DivaDance is seeking a confident and persuasive individual to sell dance class memberships. This role involves connecting with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and presenting membership options. You will also onboard new members, ensure they are maximizing their membership, and post to social media during classes. The ideal candidate thrives on building rapport, is fun, values-driven, obsessed with excellence, and wants to make a difference. Persuasiveness, articulation, and confidence are key. Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

• Eligible to work in the US
• Reliable transportation to the studio in Boston
