Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2-5 years of proven success in building enrollment (sales) and/or delivering outstanding customer service experiences in administrative-style roles.
Strong communication skills.
A “people person”.
Passionate about providing our families and children with exceptional experiences.

Nice To Haves

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a welcoming front-desk environment that fosters a sense of belonging for all families and guests.
Act as a passionate brand expert, educating prospective families on our programming and ensuring an exceptional experience from day 1.
Collaborate with the Head of School to execute sales and marketing initiatives, including community outreach, networking, and lead follow-up.
Guide families seamlessly through the enrollment journey by managing contracts, onboarding paperwork, and communication platform setup.
Support the Head of School in managing daily operations and maintaining operating systems.
Oversee essential administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, rosters, supply ordering, and ensuring all student and teacher documentation meets strict DOH compliance requirements.
