About The Position

Hightower is seeking a temporary part-time Client Experience Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls. This role also involves maintaining the office, coordinating meeting schedules, and assisting with marketing events. The position is expected to last approximately six months, with a potential for extension to a permanent role. The Client Experience Associate will report to the Managing Director.

• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a timely manner.
• Ensure office areas are well-kept and ready for clients.
• Manage office supplies and sort mail.
• Assist team members with client and internal team scheduling.
• Coordinate logistics for internal events, client meetings, and team offsites.
• Manage catering and meal planning, room setup, and guest accommodations.
