Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Must hold appropriate licensing as required and be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Previous experience in managing client relationships essential.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring they receive exceptional service every day.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify opportunities for growth counsel clients on additional insurance options, and help them navigate their unique risks.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction and renention by fostering trust and delivering value.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through ongoing care and communication.
  • Identify opportunities to expand coverage and grow revenue.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet operational goals and performance metrics.
  • Actively seek referrals to bring new business prospects to Gallagher.
