About The Position

Experian is seeking a Client Executive to manage Fintech client relationships in a named account environment. This role involves prospecting and establishing new relationships within the Fintech and Funding ecosystems. The Client Executive will build alliances with senior client management, offer recommendations through sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts and agreements. This position reports to the Vice President – Strategic Fintech + Big Tech.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, Fintech, payments, lending, banking, or related industries.
• Experience selling or supporting complex data, analytics, fraud, identity, decisioning, marketing, or software solutions.
• Experience managing strategic accounts, developing pipeline, and driving growth within an assigned territory.
• Understanding of customer acquisition, underwriting, identity verification, fraud management, portfolio growth, and risk strategies.
• Executive presence and experience communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• New York City or Bay Area-based candidates.

Responsibilities

• Managing an assigned portfolio of Fintech clients and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Prospecting to build a strong net-new pipeline; requires hunter instincts and a track record of winning new business.
• Aligning Experian capabilities to client objectives and delivering measurable business value.
• Identifying opportunities to improve growth, risk management, fraud prevention, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
• Serving as the voice of the customer within Experian and partnering across teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and creating exceptional client experiences.
• Building close alliances with senior client management personnel.
• Offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals.
• Negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.
