Requirements

Active Life & Health License
8+ years relevant experience
Technical application skills: Advanced Excel, expert level fluency in self-funding, captives and alternative funding strategies
Market facing subject matter expert; ability to inform strategy through deep industry insight

Responsibilities

Oversight of highly complex, high-revenue, high-visibility book with enterprise-level clients, often with complex funding models and custom service structures that require very high service intensity and deep strategic engagement.
Serves as a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and is an expert in the client lifecycle process.
Drives business development and prospect strategy as a subject matter expert serving the Employee Benefits department.
Maintains networking with carriers and clients.
Shapes and influences market‑level and enterprise‑level benefits strategy.
Coaches, mentors, and develops staff and ensures team members receive support needed to grow.
