About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 – Healthcare Food Services to support operations within the Medstar Health System based in the Baltimore, MD area. As the Client Executive II, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the client and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence and strengthening Sodexo’s partnership within the health system.

Requirements

  • Strong healthcare food service leadership experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex operations and unionized workforces

  • Experience managing union labor relations, operational KPIs, and multi-unit food service programs
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years Minimum Management Experience
  • 7 years Minimum Functional Experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee food service operations at Medstar Health locations
  • Deliver operational excellence by meeting Sodexo service commitments that are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable
  • Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Coordinate and direct all account activities including financial performance, policy compliance, and employee development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partner with Sodexo senior leadership to support client retention and growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with finance leadership
  • Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to maintain strong fiscal outcomes
  • Lead and develop frontline leaders and management teams to ensure strong operational performance
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships
