About The Position

Sodexo has an opportunity for a Client Executive 2, Healthcare Technology Management for 6 major hospital systems located in the West and Midwest United States. The role will provide the opportunity for remote work from a home office with extensive travel to our client sites. Living close to a major airport. The Client Executive 2 (Multi) has overall leadership and responsibility for client relationships, and oversight of the assigned contracts for multiple client organizations with single or multiple services. Has direct accountability for operational excellence - achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable. This position will provide strategic leadership to ensure clients’ satisfaction and account retention. The ideal candidate will be a strategic-minded leader together with entrepreneurial spirit, and able to merge the clients’ vision and expectations into Sodexo’s mission of providing outstanding quality of life services. The successful candidate will be responsible for Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) services for this system. This position interacts with multiple clients therefore we are seeking candidates that exhibit exceptional client relationship skills with internal and external customer relations expertise.

Requirements

  • Successful leadership in Healthcare Technology Management within a large healthcare environment.
  • The ability to develop outstanding client relationships and governance structure.
  • This individual will serve as the main point of contact with our University Hospital System client.
  • Superior business acumen, agility, adept at making decisions and budget management proficiency.
  • Strong leadership abilities to coach and mentor various levels of employees.
  • Ability to review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures.
  • Ability to ensure a safe work environment for employees by enforcing the execution of all safety programs and makes recommendations for changes as necessary.
  • Skills to assess financial risk and opportunities of the account and communicate results to the client and Sodexo senior management; initiate action plans as necessary.
  • Ability to excel in highly matrix organization and effective team builder.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience – 7 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 7 years

Nice To Haves

  • Some understanding of Cybersecurity problems and solutions to protect Healthcare providers.
  • C-suite presence and acumen are differentiators in this role.
  • Ability to navigate with multiple clients within the same organization (especially CIO/CISO’s) and accompany change.
  • Business acumen on Cyber Security / IoMT and drive project teams tied to it.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic plans by implementing short and long-term goals that align with the scope of service, mission, and values and support a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to accelerate business growth throughout the region
  • Support the succession planning and development of key personnel within area of responsibility.
  • Drive strong business results in healthcare technology management.
  • Build a dynamic team with diverse knowledge and experience to deliver solutions that go beyond expectations.
  • Develop a business plan and budget with each account Director that supports client and Sodexo goals.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and data, operating reports, budget variance reports, and other appropriate financial information to monitor attainment of financial goals.
  • Provide positive and constructive feedback to employees by coaching, mentoring, counseling or corrective guidance and action, as appropriate.
  • Review and maintain reports to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures.
  • Monitor operations by visiting the unit to plan projects, implement new processes and technology, and to ensure sufficient unit resources.
