About The Position

Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist for their Sales Team. This is a client-facing, in-person role focused on leading early-stage client conversations, communicating value, answering questions, and guiding decisions to drive engagement and revenue. The role also involves maintaining a professional in-office experience and ensuring a smooth client journey. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills, with a genuine care for client experiences and exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Client Conversations (Kickoff, Discovery, and Annual Assessment meetings)
  • Communicate the value of the Membership Club offering
  • Guide clients through the next steps with clarity and confidence
  • Navigate client questions and objections in real time
  • Serve as a primary in-person point of contact for clients
  • Ensure a polished, professional, and consistent office experience
  • Coordinate smooth transitions between team members
  • Prepare and send Welcome Packets
  • Support key touchpoints before and after meetings
  • Ensure communication is timely, accurate, and complete
  • Step in as backup for Reception when needed
  • Assist with maintaining organization and flow in the office
  • Provide support for 3S and other client service functions
  • Assist with In-Office Events (Manage client check-in/out, provide light support for presentations)
